Fat No More Year After Year
Yep, the season is here again upon us and every year it always seems to be said by a lot of us, I am going to get on some type of program and lose weight. I have just got to get this weight off, but first I must come up with some sort of plan that I can firstly do and secondly deal with. I for one would always recommend consulting with my doctor as that is the safest way to start. I would also say that if your doctor looks as though he or she has a weight problem then you might wish to locate a weight loss doctor that specializes in weight loss for your benefit. Another weight loss plan I believe would be to search weight loss plans on the internet through weight loss forums for help. It seems I am always toting around an extra 10 or 15 pounds and then in the holiday times such as Christmas tacking on an additional 10 or 15 more pounds. It is to me what I call the yo yo weight syndrome. I just can’t seem to shake this thing. Fast foods such as McDonalds or Pizza Hut and such should not be walked into when you are starving unless you can convince yourself to walk directly over to the salad bar only. One slice of pizza will do you no harm either providing you can refrain from eating more than one slice of pizza. That is my 2 cents for now.
